He began his practical training in 2003 at the Ophthalmology Department of Semmelweis University. He obtained his PhD degree in 2006, followed by the ophthalmology board exam in 2009, clinical genetics in 2014 and a neuro-ophthalmology license exam. His work is characterized by the highest level of professional commitment. He is a member of several Hungarian and international professional organizations, a founding member of the Ophthalmic Genetics section and the Neuro Ophthalmology section of the Hungarian Ophthalmological Association. He has extensive professional experience, performing hundreds of cataract and other eye surgeries every year. He participated in many scholarships abroad and received professional awards. His scientific publications are regularly published in international journals and he gives scientific and university lectures.
He speaks English and German.
He is the owner and medical director of the Ganglion Medical Center in Pécs.
