Glaucoma can be symptom-free for many years, but in some cases it can also cause intense complaints, and it is essential to see an eye care specialist immediately. The condition is called Acute Angle Closure Glaucoma (Glaucoma attack) most common symptoms are pain in and around the eye, headache in the forehead, blurred vision, and redness of the eye. Glaucoma attack is a condition requiring urgent intervention, its main characteristics are unbearable pain, nausea, vomiting, dilated pupil (one-sided) and a hard eyeball.
